The Poconos have become an underrated getaway for New Yorkers, who typically flock to the Catskills during the winter. Explore a snowy forest on a winter hike or take a ride on the back of a dog sled. The mountain range will have you at one with nature, and leave you with plenty of Insta worthy moments.

You’re guaranteed to feel a world away from the big city with picturesque communities, farmland and rolling hills. Spend the weekend outdoors, with hikes providing 360º views of the Hudson Valley and Catskills.
