If sustainability is important to you, head to Bedell Cellars in the North Fork; for the past 30 years, this winery has maintained sustainable wine farms. As one of the oldest in the area, Bedell’s tasting room was actually a potato barn from around 1919. When you make your way over, make sure to try the Bedell Musée and the Bedell Malbec, two of their most popular wines.
